Thai flax crackers
These are very yummy and quite spicy! Great with walnut pate or simple mashed avocado! They are a great snack if you want a chip like crunch!
I use the mixture of seeds because it gives it a really nice look.Tastes nice too!
1 and 1/4 cup golden flax seeds
1/4 cup brown flax seeds
1/4 cup sesame
seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup Braggs or Nama shoyu
1 clove garlic, minced fine or crushed
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
fine
1 small red thai chili, minced fine
1 inch of a green chili, minced fine
1 teaspoon fresh corriander, minced fine
juice of 1 and a half
limes
ground black pepper to taste
Soak seeds for 6 hours in pure water.
When the 6 hours are up, add mincecd ingredients and stir in.
Keeping your fingers wet,
(it will stick to dry hands) spead this mixture as thinly as you can on nonstick dehydrator sheets.
Dehydrate for about 20 hours, or untill they are crispy.
Munch!
