Recipe Directions

In a large mixing bowl combine the first 8 ingredients.

In a blender combine the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour dressing over the salad, mix well and serve.

hey i love thai food and have been trying to recreate the lime chili dressing they use( but in its raw form) what chili is considered a thai chili and what mexican chili can i use as a sub in case I cant be understood at the asian market...again;)

I like this salad although it tastes like a cross between Thai and Curry to me (hence the curry powder that Matt uses). If you don't like curry food, i say leave out the curry. I personally like the mixture of Thai and Curry. Any suggestions of what i can serve this with to make a full meal??

Does this keep well (ie taste good leftover), or should this all be eaten at once? I would like recipes that I can make in large quantities and have ready during the week. This looks like a possibility, but wondered if anyone knew for sure.
