I’ve been trying to figure out a simple way to get Vitamineral Greens into my diet, without all the sugar that seems to come along with smoothies—this is a suprisingly pleasant tasting mixture that is easy for me to drink every day!

1 Lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, finely grated
1 Quart water
Recipe Directions
Mix in jar by shaking with the lid on! Cayenne is a nice addition too.

I did vitamineral greens, lemon and cayenne as a substitute for the master cleanse a couple months ago in it was awesome. Lemon juice and VMG goes so good together.
