Near-perfect way to start the day!
2 tablespoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon cacao (i use nibs, can add more)
1 teaspoon spirulina
2 leaves kale
1 handful of greens
1 apple or pear
water to blend
First blend the flax with the cacao. I add water to the blender to let the seeds soak while i prepare the other ingredients.
Wash, chop, and blend everything up!
