1. Wow these are almost exactly
Wow these are almost exactly like Russell James Thai crackers. Thought I would make these and compare .

These are delicious!
I wanted to keep them a little flexible so I didn't dehydrate all the way (I just did it enough so that there was no "doughy" consistency left). Yummy!

I think my wife (user mpop) meant Tandoori Seasoning (combo of coriander, cumin, paprika, garlic, ginger, cardamom, and saffron). We picked up Tandoori Seasoning at the Penzys Spice Store store recently (also at penzeys.com). I am not sure how to describe the taste, it's usually used on Tandoori Chicken (an Indian dish) and has a very robust flavor but is not extremely spicy nor is it hot in any way.
Sorry I keep telling her to take photos of the recipes.

What does tandoori spice taste like?

Wow, these were amazing, thank you! I didn't have tandoori spice so I doubled up on the curry powder and they were still great.

believe me when I say they're good. I brought these to a raw-food potluck and they were a major hit. You won't be sorry if you try them out!
