Servings:
1 or two people as a side dish

This is the ultimate most delicous, satisfying salad I have ever eaten..and its the easiest to make!

Ingredients:

1 big bowl of lettuce greens...your favs!
1avocado
1 lemon
1/2 to 1 whole onion depending on your taste preference
cold pressed oil of your choosing (mild flavor is best!)
sea salt

Preparation:

Juice your lemon into a seperate bowl first so you can take out the seeds (Im lazy and often just spit them out as I come across them)
Fill a big bowl with your lettuce of choice (I like baby mixed greens)
Half your avo and slice it in the shell and then cross cut it to make little squares some small cause this is your dressing and some big cause a bite of avo is Yummy! Scoop onto top of greens.
dice your onion real small,,,but on top of avo and greens!
grab your oil and drizzle it over the the top!
add lemon juice about half to start.
Sprinkle salt on top.
Mix thoroughly!!
Taste!
Now keep adding lemon juice, salt and oil till it tastes good to you..I like it salty and sour! The greens wilt quickly so eat right away!
Thanks to my friend Tanya and here Brazillian heritage for this recipe!
Enjoy!
