Tahini Blueberry Blender Ice Cream

Servings:
Makes 2 large servingsCreamy, cold, blueberry. What more could you ask for on a hot humid mosquito-y summer day?
Ingredients:
.66 cup nut milk
2 cup frozen blueberries
1 peach or mango
4
tablespoon tahini, or to taste
dates, to taste (optional)
Preparation:
1. Put everything in the blender or food processor with only enough nut milk to make the blades spin.
2. Blend everything until creamy
3. Garnish with fresh fruit and dried coconut
3. Enjoy!
Variation: This can be made into a smoothie if you add more nut milk.
