Recipe Directions

1. After cutting all ingredients into bite size pieces, combine in a bowl and toss together.

2. If you like chunky salsa, leave as is and refrigerate for about an hour to let the flavors combine.

3. If you like a smoother salsa, put everything into a blender or food processor and pulse a couple of times. It should leave it a little chunky but still smooth. Refrigerate.

Delicious Sweet Mango Salsa that will go on anything!

Despite the jalapeño, this salsa is very light and sweet and has only a little spicy aftertaste.

Because of the colors of the tomatoes, it looks bright and summery!

I ate mine with some sliced orange bell pepper and it was so delicious!

Makes a great dip for veggies or bring to a party for an appetizer!
