From Ani’s Raw Food Kitchen by Ani Phyo. This is absolutely my favorite cream soup.
Ingredients:
2 bag frozen corn, thawed
¾ cup raw walnuts
¾ cup olive
oil
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 cup water
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed. Until smooth.
Optionally, top with diced avocado, extra corn, diced tomato, or anything else that sounds tasty!

It doesn't taste cooked. I know my peas are not cooked, and I buy the same brand organic peas as corn. I know when I buy frozen endamame it tells me I have to cook it for it to be digestable. Even if it's not totally raw, it's less cooked. I'm about to post my own corn chowder creation, also. I hope you'll try it and share some more ideas. We hearts you.

I've read different views on frozen stuff... I figured that as long as it's organic, it's acceptable... But I'll use fresh where available.

frozen corn is not raw, but you can use it if you want!

That's debatable, I think... But you can use 3 ears of fresh corn instead!
