Ingredients
2 cup pick me up herb sun tea
2 cup cocont water
1 cup cocnut flesh
1 tablespoon maca powder
1 tablespoon mesquite powder
½ teaspoon fo-ti root powder
1 tablespoon cayanne powder or more
1 tablespoon cacao powder
.33 teaspoon raw local honey or extra mesquite powder if you need it sweet (opional not recomended)
Recipe Directions
Blend and play, drink slowly, have great day =)

By tree earwhen i was a kid i couldn’t understand why my mom was always tired and didn’t what to play, i now understand, i have ten month old who is particularly energetic and even at 21 i find myself not being able to keep up, i refuse to be that mom and this is the best way i’ve found to be the play mate i always wanted but for her, fully rounded energy
