Great tasting green superfood shake that will keep you going for hours.
I don’t have my maca yet, or else it would be in here ;)
Measurements are rough, play around with it, find out what you like.
1 frozen banana, (optional)
2 cup coconut water
1 serving meat from young coconut
¼ cup goji berries
4 dates, more if you like it sweeter
1 teaspoon mesquite powder
2 tablespoon raw cacao or carob powder, or nibs
5 brazil nuts
5 hazel nuts
5 almonds, sprouted
.125 cup hemp seeds
1 tablespoon spirulina
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
Throw all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
