keeps for 1 month in the fridge. you can spread this on a portobello mushroom thats been splash with lemon juice. you could probably soak some walnuts for 24 hours and crumble them into the mixture and call it a sloppy joe
i got this recipe from Rhio's "Hooked On Raw". AWESOME book. highly recommened. very imformative on the details of the raw food lifestyle.
this replaces my old "junk food"
1/2 cup kalamata olives pitted and soaked overnight in distilled water or sunorganic farms sundried black greek olive
1/2 medium onion
1/2 cup soaked sundried tomatoes soaked 1 hour
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp capers soaked overnight in distilled water
rinse and drain olives and capers and blend everything until smooth.
