Strawberry Delight

2 This is a great recipe to start your day off with ...
Ingredients:
1 bunch Kale
1 container of fresh strawberries
1 large handful of sunflower sprouts
2 T raw honey
1/4 c olive oil
Hemp seeds
Preparation:
Chop or process kale
massage in olive oil and honey
Slice strawberries and mix them in along with sprouts.
Sprinkle with hemp seeds
maybe add a pinch a salt
Opt - you can add some raisin also
