Recipe Directions

1. Blend the first 5 ingredients together.

2. Put on a non-stick dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 6-8 hours at 105 Fahrenheit. Make sure it is still a little soft.

3. Blend one frozen banana, together with the almond butter and vanilla.

4. Cut the crepe in half.

5. Fill with the almond cream (put some on top if desired) and roll up. Enjoy!

This is a berry-liscious, crepe-like breakfast.

The almond cream makes it out of this world delicious!

So delicious! Seriously, this was even better than I'd imagined it to be. The crepes took a lot longer to dry, though, closer to 10 hours. I will definitely make it again. Even using some other type of fruit for the crepe would be great too.

I have several neighbors bringing over bags and bags of plums. I decided to make plum crepes. They are in the dehydrator...I will follow the rest of your recipe for the insides! Thanks for posting this!

I don't see why not. If flax is a problem you could try chia seeds, but I think it would be fine without.

Hi justbeautiful, I just saw a post for a home-made dehydrator posted by juju. You might want to give it a try!

If I had a dehydrator this would be the first recipe I'd try.
