Spinaporan

Good stuff! and good way to get your greens.
Ingredients:
½ meridol papaya (the big guy or about 3-4 cups papaya)
1 cup spinach
1½ cup OJ
Preparation:
Cut the Papaya in half and save one half for later. Place everything in a blender. Thats it!

Hey humanimal(awesome name by the way). How long does the other papaya half last? And this may sound like a stupid question, but does leaving the seeds in help its fridge-life?

Sure I can help you! The feel of the papaya is everything. Buy one that is not firm to the touch. Hard papayas are not too good.They should be soft because that means its ripe. Now if you wanna keep it for a couple days, then buy one thats firm. As for the seeds dont use them in the smoothie because it will not taste good. I understand that you dont want to waste those precious seeds so what I suggest is that you dry them and then grind them up in a coffee grinder. And guess what? you have a sesoning for your food. The seeds are also known be a good detox and can even remove intestinal worms! If you want to do this then buy vegan capsules and place the powder in them. Take a couple during the day. Hey there Human Animal! I know that papayas are suppose to be delectable...Can you tell me how to find a good Papaya? I tried one once and well, that says it all!! Also, do you put the seeds in too? I try to keep as much of the whole thing, but this is a new one for me!
