Spicy Indian Spinach Soup

Ingredients:
1 large bunch spinach
1 cup cucumber juice
1/4-1/2 cup "pine nut
yogurt
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp tumeric
1/4 tsp fresh ground white pepper
1/8
tsp asafoetida
pinch nutmeg
dash cayenne
2 tsp shoyu
Preparation:
1. wash spinach very well- you don't want sand in your soup
2. blend all ingredients
3. whatever you don't eat dehydrate on
teflex sheets at 95f for 24 hours or until crisp
