This is a modified recipe I got from Karen Knowler (The Raw Food Coach). Good to eat plain or on a salad, on pizza, tacos, whatever!

Depends on amounts of mushrooms
Found in:
Ingredients
As many mushrooms as you want (sliced)
Olive oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
Cayenne powder
Sea salt
1 lemon (juiced)
1 hot pepper (diced)
Recipe Directions
1. Coat mushrooms with olive oil and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
2. Dehydrate overnight and it’s done! So easy and so good!

These are dehydrating as I type, taste wonderful. I cheated, I put everything together in a bowl and then added the sliced mushrooms. I'm going to make these again tomorrow with different seasonings.Thanks for the recipe.
