Served meI used to make this the cooked way. It was great like this too. As for the ingredients I pretty much do it by eye. So add more to your liking. My fiancee suggested puting it in the dehydrator to soften the beans. I will try that too next time.
Ingredients:
bag Green beans
1 clove Garlic
2 tablespoon Ginger, or more to taste
2 tablespoon
olive oil, or more to taste
chili powder, to taste
a few squirts of braggs
Preparation:
Chop Garlic and Ginger in a food processor or by hand add olive oil and braggs. Stir it all up then pour over the beans. Stir up and enjoy.

I put the beans in the dehydrater in a zip lock bag with the marinade at 105 for about 2 hours. They were great!

I bet they'd taste really good after marinating for an hour or so in the fridge.
