LisaMarie's Thoughts

By LisaMarie

I made ice cream and thought it was a bit bland, and thought some spices would jazz it up.

It has a nice exotic flavor.

It was devoured at a pot luck I took it to!

It would make a perfect ending to an Asian, Indian, or Thai meal.

Please adjust the spices to taste as I am not exactly sure how much of each I used. I think more cardamom than five-spice is the key.

I am going to sub young coconut for cashews as I am a no nut eater. SHould the bananas be frozen? I am going to make this. Looks delicious.

This sounds awesome. I love mango with spices, especially cayenne or ginger.
