Recipe Directions

1. Stir all ingredients thoroughly together in a bowl, except the shredded coconut.

2. Then roll into balls, and roll the balls around on a plate with the shredded coconut. That's it!

I've just made some and eating 3...ooh they are naughty and delicious! I didn't have almond butter in but cashew and used that and added some omega seed mix.I've got the rest in the fridge for tommorrow.
