Makes 4 CupsA delightful taste of heaven!
Ingredients:
4 medjool dates
1 cup frozen organic blueberriess
2 cup frozen organic
mangoes
2 cup water
1 banana
Preparation:
Pour two cups of water into your blender. Add blueberries, mangoes, banana, and dates. Blend to your desired consistency and ENJOY!
P.S don’t forget to remove the pit from the dates.

I love adding kale, spinach or chard for a breakfast delight too:) I had this for dinner..Yummy!

I agree with smoothielove I would add a touch of greens but yes sounds really good!I just got dates ,have not had them for awhile now.

Mmm I have all these items and I think ill make it tomorrow for breakfast! I might add some spincah or kale though as I like to have green smoothies for breakfast. Thanks!
