try spread on a portobello mushroom that has been splashed with lemon juice. top with a tomato slice
8 oz sesame seeds soaked 8 hours, sprouted 1 day, rinsing 4 times daily (dehydrate if storing. hulled sesame seeds will not sprout)
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp tamari
4 tbsp juice
blend or whisk. you can add garlic
