Seedy Little Thing
Servings:
Makes about 24 bars

Sticky sweet fun little bar of energy. This one I planned lol.

Ingredients:

2 cup Sesame Seeds , Soak over night
1 cup Sunflower Seeds, Soaked over night
½ cup Flax Seeds, Optional Soaking
¼ cup Date mush , Soak dates then blend till very smoothe
¼ cup Sticky Sweetner
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
½ cup Nuts of choice chopped coarsely, OPTIONAL

Preparation:

Soak the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and nuts of choice (if you eat nuts), overnight then drain completely. Mix everything very thoroughly and spread on a teflex sheet to about 1/2 inch thick. Dehydrate at 105 for about 24 hours, flipping half way. It takes a while but its worth it. Add more or less sweetner to your liking.

For anyone who looks at this again, I just crumbled the bars on top of some sliced nectarines, added a slight lemon squeeze, a handful of rasins, a bit o' agave and a sprinkle of all spice and I have now found my new favorite topping. Yum-o!

I'm glad you think so, I ate tons of the batter while I was making it. And I think I might make it a tad sweeter next time and add rasins or a few blueberries.
