This salad is filling and also very easy to make. The ingredients were all things I happened to have in my fridge. The macadamia oil can be substituted for any other type of oil but I really like how the macadamia flavor goes with the other ingredients.

Ingredients:

-package of salad greens
-1 avocado
-2 T nutritional yeast
-2 T macadamia oil
-1/2 cup sunflower seeds
-1 package of alfalfa sprouts
-pinch of sea salt

Preparation:

Toss the alfalfa sprouts and salad greens in a medium bowl. Slice avocado and toss. Divide into bowls and drizzle with macadamia oil. Then sprinkle sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast and sea salt to taste.
