Salsa or Sauce?

Servings:
about 3 cupsI’m still not sure still if this should be called sauce or salsa so I named it both.. I really threw together everything and eye-balled the measurements so feel free to adjust to how you like it. I guess if I had used the food processor for everything it might have been better than the blender but my FP is small and I didn’t want to hassle with it.
Ingredients:
4 Tomato, Washed
2 Peppers (your choice), De-stemed
1 White onion,
Peeled
3 Majool Dates, Pitted
.125 cup Lime juice, Freshly squeezed
½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1½ teaspoon Black
pepper
1 teaspoon Cumin
Cilantro, Fresh or dried
Dill, Fresh or dried
Rosemary, Fresh or dried
Preparation:
Chop by hand or food processor onion and pepper
Add everything to the blender
Pluse till you get the consistency you like/need
Allow to sit for 30 minutes before you enjoy.
