3 cup Greens
1 cup carrots, red cabbage
2 tablespoon Creamy garlic dressing (see my recipe for Creamy Garlic Dressing)
4 tablespoon Macadamia Nut Chevre (See my recipe)
Wash, dry and cut the greens and other vegetables. I used Romaine, carrots and red cabbage since that’s what I had on hand. These are good hearty vegetables that stand up well to the strong garlic dressing. But you can use whatever you prefer.
Toss and coat with the garlic dressing and add a few chunks of the Macadamia Nut Chevre.
