Easy and tasty way to add purple, the color of royalty, to your rainbow! Eat as a side dish, add to salad, or use as a garnish.
½ head purple cabbage, shredded
1 lemon, juiced
¼ tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon Nama Shoyu (optional)
Shred cabbage with a knife or in food processor with shredding blade. In a large bowl add lemon juice, sea salt, and Nama Shoyu (optional) to taste and work in to cabbage with hands.
