This salad dressing is very good and slightly creamy. I used two cloves of garlic. You can use one if you do not like garlic. My dad, who does not like many salad dressings except for some JUNK salad dressings which are found in the store (DO NOT BUY THEM), said it was very good. And he does not like garlic, AT ALL. He says I should bottle it and sell it.
½ cup Olive Oil
¼ cup cup lemon juice or apple cidar vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon whole grain mustard seed powder
½ cup distilled water
1 green onion
1 teaspoon Raw honey, agave or other such sweetener
3 pinch cayanne, more or less depending on yoru prefference
1 tablespoon oregano
1½ teaspoon Basil
1 tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
Put all ingredients in the blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Then add the last two ingredients and blend until smooth.
