Rawlicious Nori Rolls

Servings:
makes roughly 2 nori rollsIngredients:
2 raw nori sheets
½ cup sprouts of your choice
½ cup carrot,
grated
1 cup raw walnuts, soaked for 6 hours
2 tablespoon nama shoyu
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon
garlic
2 tablespoon lemon, squeezed
2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
Preparation:
Put the soaked walnuts, nama shoyu, ginger, garlic and lemon into a food processor and blend (add a little water if needed). Once it is creamy, spread half on a nori sheet. Add the sprouts, carrot and cilantro on top and then roll the nori sheet tight. enjoy!!

be careful that the nori is not toasted, a lot is pretoasted.

You could try any type of asian supermarket, they sell them quite cheaply.

I have never eaten sushi, but am willing to make sushi rolls with raw nori rolls. Please tell me where to purchase a bambo rolling mat?
