RawGuru's Really Raw Cashew Cappuccino

Servings:
4 cupsA wonderful and light warm drink using cashew milk and spices. Really raw cashews can be purchased from http://www.rawguru.com
Ingredients:
2 cups cashew milk
1 tbs. cacao powder
1 tbs. carob powder
1/2 tsp.
maca powder
6 soaked dates
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation:
Warm the cashew milk till just hot enough to be considered raw. Blend everything else with the milk. Strain, and blend again. Enjoy!

1. I made this with almond milk
I made this with almond milk since I was out of cashews, and while it didn't taste like a cappuccino to me it made for a pretty good hot cocoa. I make it in batches now and keep it in the fridge for the family for breakfast (I personally prefer this beverage chilled vs. warm, but both are good!).
