raWdish thoughts of Thailand
You can use over your salads or raw pasta,rolls and roll-ups or even as a dip for the veggi sticks,if you sprinkle it with fresh mint it gets a real thai-like flavor.
Handfull of baby red-Radishes, washed and halfed or quaterded
2 roots of coriander, washed well
1 jelapeno paper,
deseed
1 cm or about of ginger.
1 cm or about of ginger.
1 tablespoon raw agave nectar, you may add more/less to your taste
2 limes,
juiced
pinch of cummin
pinch of lime zest, grated
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients in the blender untill smooth consistence.You may fill like add some water,i used it in my rolls so I needed it to be thicker.
You may adjust the jalapeno papers and
the rest of spices to your taste.I used one small red paper,it was really hot/spicy,I guess next time I will use the green one!!!:)
