Raw Vegan Sushi

Servings:
6 nori sheetsthe first time a make sushi, and it was delicious!
Ingredients:
150 gr. Macadamia nuts, soak
1 avocado, sliced
2 carrots, cut in matchstick
1
leek, matchsticks
red pepper, matchsticks
1 handful mung sprouts per nori sheet
1 cucumber, matchsticks
6 nori sheets
Preparation:
Blend the macadamias
Put proportional portion of each ingredient in a nori sheet and roll.

How long should I soak the macadamias? I'm new at this!

wow I just try this for dinner, I ate 6 they are really great. I didn't have macadamias I use basil nuts. Awesome flavor.
