Raw Vegan Pimento Cheese

eat it on bread. with lettuce. maybe tomato. maybe some black olives.
Ingredients:
RAW VEGAN PIMENTO CHEESE
1 red bell pepper, cored and de-seeded
3 cloves
garlic
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
juice of 2 lemons
2 tbsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos
1 cup tahini
2-3 young thai
coconuts' meat
Preparation:
HOW:
1. blend everything except coconut meat in food processor until smooth.
2. chop coconut meat into tiny
chunks.
3. mix everything together.
