Yield
Serves 2-3
Ingredients
2 cup Sprouted chickpeas
1 cup Soaked pistachioes
1 cup Tahini
1 clove Garlic
1 cup Olive Oil
.3 cup Cilantro, chopped
.3 cup Parsley, chopped
½ cup Lemon juice
½ cup Dulse Flakes
½ cup Chopped nuts, any
1 pinch Celtic Sea Salt
1 pinch Curry powder
½ teaspoon Cumin
Recipe Directions
Blend all the ingredients (apart from the greens (parsley & cilantro)), then add chopped greens. (May add some finely chopped jalapeños or cayenne pepper if you like it hot.) Put mixture in the fridge for an hour. Then, form balls and dust them with a mix of dulse flakes & chopped nuts (this touch just gives the falalefs a “cooked” look). Enjoy! P.S. Chickpeas are the base, you can throw in any nuts for a different flavour. P.P.S. Play with the quantities—my measurements are approximations: I always taste and see. P.P.P.S. Falafels are great with a hot sauce (simply blend a tomato with a jalapeño, garlic and some lemon juice). Enjoy!
Smarinalee's Thoughts
By smarinaleeRaw-raw falafels: for those who do not like to dehydrate their food. The “crust” makes these ones look “cooked”.

This looks and sounds so much better than cooked Falafel! I enjoyed Falafel but always found them to be dry. I am going to try this recipe. Great picture too!!
