A nice and delicious raw buckwheat porridge.
Its filling, great for breakfast or a snack!!!
Its very simple with only 3 or 4 ingridients.
- 1/2 a cup of soaked buckwheat
- 1 teaspoon of cinammon
- 3 raspberries for topping (optional)
Soak the buckwheat for at least 8 hours, rinse the buckwheat very well. Add the buckwheat , one banana and 1 teaspoon of cinammon in food processor mix until smooth. pour the raw buckwheat porridge in a bowl and top it off with some fressh fruit, like chopped apple, raspberries, strawberry, chopped up nuts or even add some vanilla powder.
