Here's a delicious stir-"fry" made with raw kelp noodles and spicy almond sauce. If you haven't yet tried kelp noodles, I highly recommend them. They have a slight crunch to them, are light, don't have any discernible taste and don't make you feel heavy and sleepy afterward like regular pasta.

1. Absolutely LOVED this
Absolutely LOVED this recipe!!! I used peanut butter (the grounded peanuts you get at WholeFoods) instead of almond butter (since that was all I had) and I used Buckwheat noodles instead of Kelp.
2. Nice recipe- that basic sauce
Nice recipe- that basic sauce is awesome and has been a go-to of mine over the years, though now I leave out soy sauce myself- ginger, garlic, lemon, nut butter and something salty- yum! Also, I adore kelp noodles! One thing I learned after using them for quite a while, is that they are very easy to soften just by soaking in fairly warm water, haven't timed it but I'd guess 10-15 mins. Super soft and yummy.
