Everyone in my family agreed this tasted even better than the Sloppy Joe’s of past not so raw eating!
2 cup Soaked Walnuts, Soak over night. No need to dehydrate, a bit of water is needed to blend with the spices.
1 teaspoon chili flakes/powder
1 teaspoon cumin
2 clove garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoon onions, more or less taste.
1 pinch sea salt
Mix all but tomatoes in food processor until crumbly. Add tomato last, mix with spoon seperately. Adjust spices to taste. I recommend not turning to a paste, it’s best at a not-so-sloppy texture. Serve on onion bread-recipe elsewhere on this site. Yum! Picture next time…
