Raw Jello (Jelly in UK)

Servings:
Serves 2 hungry vegansQuick and simply jello/jelly
Ingredients:
1 cup Blueberry
1 cup Blackberry
Preparation:
Blend, pour into any shape mould. Chill for 2 hours and Serve!
Can make in fun moulds for kids—bunny shape or bee hive, anything at all. Sets up fast!

Are the blackberries in particular also high in pectin? What about other fruits that are high in pectin. This sounds like a great breakfast!

What about a bit of sweetner? Would that mess it up any?

blueberry naturally has a high amount of pectin. You can make a great pie with blueberries as well.

This is so fascinating. It looks just delicious. Do you really just need the fruit and no pectin or gelling ingredient?
