Raw Corn Relish
Corn Relish can be eaten alone, placed on salad greens or even put into a sandwich. Yummy!
4 ears of corn, cut off cob
1 green bell pepper, chunked
½ onion, chuncked
½ cucumber, chunked
5 sun-dried tomatoes
½ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon agave nectar, too taste
2 tablespoon sea salt, too taste
1 tablespoon tumeric
Place all ingrediants in a quart canning jar, shake well and place in fridge for at least 3 hrs, best if overnight.
