This is sooooo delicious. Definitely a new staple. I wrapped it up in lettuce with avocado and bean sprouts and I couldn't get enough. It had a wonderful smoky flavor.

This was so yummy! The tumeric was a lovely touch. I ate it in collard wraps with a slice of avocado.
