I don't know if this will be new for you guys, but I'm starting off in this website by sharing my sweet balls recipe, which I got from Janey Lee Grace's book. it is delicious - even my husband said so, and he usualy frowns upon all things natural and healty. It only takes a few minutes to prepare, few ingredients, minimum equiptment.
a few handful of almonds,
about 5 spoons of honey,
some cinnamon for coating.
Crush the almonds either in a food processor or by hand, add enough honey to make it into thick paste. Pour cinnamon in a little plate, take a bit of almond mixture, roll it into a ball, and coat it with cinnamon. That's it, you're done ;) You can make your variations on this recipe, next time l'll use vanilla and coconut instead of cinnamon.
