Serves 1I made 3 of this recipe one morning when the only fruit in the house was rasberries and bananas. The amount of Dates and Honey/agave really depends on how thick and sweet you want your rasberry sauce. This recipe reminds me of the banana chunks in strawberry gel that you see in some chineese restraunts.
Ingredients:
1 Sliced Banana
3 ounce Rasberries
2 Pitted Dates
3 tablespoon Honey
or Agave
Preparation:
Rasberry Sauce:
In food processor blend rasberries, dates, and honey/agave. When smooth pour sauce over banana slices. Enjoy!
