I came up with this because my husband is allergic to the MSG in store bought ranch dressing. Before going raw, I used it like the Hidden Valley dry mix in dips and dressings for him.
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Mix all together.
I used this on zucchini slices. I coated them lightly in oil and then sprinkled them with some of this mixture and some cayenne. Then dehydrated them. They were so yummy!
I blended an avocado and a little water to thin. Today I threw in a handful of raw pistachios and blended it up really well. It was so yummy!! My baby girl was eating it with a spoon!!
