Recipe Directions

Grind quinoa to a powder in a coffee grinder. Add powder and 1 cup of water. Blend well and then add the remaining two cups of water and blend again.

No I did not sprout the quinoa and I would say it wouldnt hurt to try out the sprouted millet :)

I'm intrigued. I have some sprouted, dehydrated and ground millet already in my freezer..., wonder if I could use that. Hmmm.
