QueenFluff's Rawmesan

I got really sick of the WF not having the Rawmesan in stock so I decided to make my own. Sort of a no-brainer and same ingredients as the store brought Rawmesan but I thought I would post up the measurements since it turned out so good. Actually, I like mine better than the Rawmesan I buy in the store so I just be making my own from now on. :) This is your Raw Parmesan Cheese!

NOTE: This recipe is for home use only. My bf and I sell this for our raw food home business so this is not for commerical sale use! Please respect that! ;)

Ingredients:

1 cup Raw walnuts
½ cup Raw sunflower seeds
¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
½ tablespoon Sea Salt

Preparation:

Grind up the walnuts in your blender until crumbly. (don’t let them turn into nut butter!)

Next add the sunflower seeds, do the same as to the walnuts.

Next add nutritional yeast and salt. Blend lightly until mixed in with the nuts.

I used a wooden chopstick to keep the mixture fluffy and separated between blends. It doesn’t take much blending to do this – don’t over blend. You could use a food processor too or a coffee grinder (at least for the nuts part).

Keep in frig.

No soaking. Just blend them dry.

Did you soak/dry the walnuts and sunflower seeds before grinding?
