Purslane with Tahini/Miso Dip

Ingredients:
1 large bunch purslane
1 recipe "tahini/miso dip"
Tahini/Miso Dip:
1 orange, juiced
6 stbsp sesame seeds, soaked 8 hours, sprouted 1 day, rinsing 4 times daily (dehydrate if storing.
hulled sesame seeds will not sprout)
2 tsp red miso
1 scallion, finely chopped
process first 3 ingredient and stir in scallions by hand
