I use this smoothie after a long run and it hits the spot. It’s creamy, filling, and good for you. It’s also rather exotic tasting which is fun!

Mangos around here will be ripe in a few weeks, so I will be creating this soon. I will replace the brazil nuts with Hemp seeds, and switch between dates and figs. I also use cocnut water as a base rather then regular water. I highly recommend coconut water for pre and post workouts. Helped me tremendously with my competitions. Vegetarian Fitness Champ!
