This recipe is not all mine. I changed the recipe by adding the Braggs and hemp seeds. I don’t know where Braggs rates on the non-raw scale, so you could certainly just put the sea salt in instead. And I understand some don’t use the yeast either. So mix up as you desire.
Ingredients:
1 cup Cauliflour + nutritional yeast + Braggs Amino Acids + Hemp Seeds +, Mix all ingredients & eat
Preparation:
I cut cauliflour in my desired size, added the ingrediens and eat!! YUM, YUM! I am really a popcorn junkie so I felt the need to change to raw! Enjoy…

1. I'm excited to try this one
I'm excited to try this one because I'm a popcorn junkie too!
2. That's why I hate fake names
That's why I hate fake names for the raw food. She fails to state which recipe she adapted from, but the recipe I first used was from this site and called Green Popcorn. It had oil added and spirulina and then dehydrated, but it was DELICIOUS. And I KNEW it was not going to taste like popcorn. But I call it Cauliflower Nibbles when I serve it to peopple since it is NOT popcorn and does not taste like popcorn. When people's tastes buds know what to expect, they are more open to the flavors. And SAD eaters liked it dehydrated.
3. Tasted like cauliflower
Tasted like cauliflower doused in nutritional yeast to me.

I made this as an appetizer tonight without the braggs. I used ALOT of nutritional
yeast though, like 4 or 5 tablespoons and some salt. I put about a tablespoon of hemp seeds and a tablespoon of olive oil. I also used kernels from an entire corn and about a cup of cauliflower. The corn was really great (I'm not a huge fan of cauliflower) and I may just try it with that next time. Definitely kicked my craving for popcorn and its salty goodness!

Wow! Fantastic! I used about 1 tsp of Braggs, 1 tsp of nutritional yeast with approx. 2 cups of Cauliflower. So Good! Thanks for a simple tasty snack! Delicious!

Sorry about that...I'm used to just throwing things together. The yeast would be 1 teaspoon. The braggs I sprayed to basically cover the top then shook to distribute evenly. Too much braggs is a little salty. A "plop" (1/2 tsp.) of olive oil (which I forgot to put in the ingredient list), and 1 tsp. hemp seeds. Mix well obviously.
I just ate mine and it was entirely yummy!! Let me know what you think.

Do you have any measurement for the yeast, braggs, and hemp??? Really want to try this one but have no idea where to start with the combinations...
