Pizza Pizza

Serves plenty 4.

A great and simple little pizza thats easy to make and better to eat.

Ingredients: 

1 box Mauk Wheat Free Crust
32 ounce Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 Lemon
2 tablespoon Salt
1 cup Raw Parmesan Cheese (optional- not vegan)
6 clove Garlic
1 pinch Oregano

Preparation: 

1. Dice sun dried tomatoes into small pieces
2. Soak sun dried tomatoes for 30 minutes in juice from lemon and salt
3. Slowly spoon in soaked sun dried tomatoes into food processor, being sure to also add juices from mixture
4. Add olive oil until mixture becomes smooth and creamy to food processor
5. Add 6 cloves garlic, oregano
6. Mix until smooth
7. Spread mixture over Wheat Free Crust
8. Add grated cheese on top
9. (OPTIONAL) Cut garlic into thin slices and add on top

wow, that's a great link for those crusts. They aren't too expensive either. Great to have in the pantry just in case you don't have time to make dinner one night

I Googled the wheat free cursts and found their web site, it looks like a pre made raw crust, how handy for people without a dehydrator!!
