1. I dehidrated my pistachios
I dehidrated my pistachios and I don't know if it was because of this but I obtained a kind of dough than a creamy butter, is the recipe actually a dough or a creamy butter?? I liked the flavour but I even had to add water because it just looked like a pistachio flour any ideas for the next time? I do have a good food processor because when I make almond and peanut butter they get really creamy. Hope you can answer soon!!

Hi M@tt, I also get my raw organic pistachios from wholefoods but if you really can't find them there's always the option of buying them online.
Kandace, I havent tried it with agave yet but I bet it would work out and still be as good, let me know if you try it I am curious

This looks quite interesting. Do you have an inclination about whether agave would work in place of honey?
6.
In Vermont we have a couple whole foods stores that sell them labeled as raw. I haven't seen them in the local co-op however. But they are available

Where do you get raw pistachios?
