Pineapple ka-mint
I made this as i was tired of the same ol fruit mix. This is a great combination of fruit, seeds, sprouts and veg. You dont have to do this recipe by my way.. go ahead and vary the amounts. seriously this is really good stuff.
P.S. I destroy this every other day at work!
2 cup Pineapples, Cubed
½ cup Sprouted Kamut, as is
2 tablespoon Soaked Flaxseeds, as
is
1 tablespoon Raw Agave Necter, as is
1 tablespoon Mint Leaves, Shredded
Sprout Kamut by Soaking for 1 day, rinse, leave in a dark area for 1 day, rinse, again and again till the tripod legs start coming out! mmm i can eat these solo.
Soak Flaxseeds for 2 hours or more depends on the person.
Chop Pineapple up into cubes
Mix together or layer pineapple with the rest of the ingrediants.
SPrinkle the Mint on top!
The Agave Necter really makes it wonderful and NO APPLIANCES NEEDED!

the last ingredient in the recipe is mint. i'm sure it's very over powering of the other ingredients and when this person first ate it she tasted mostly the pineapple and mint, hence the name, thats just my guess though
2.
it has mint, sprinkled on top! Sounds great!

Hmmm...I think the same as Starrie, the name is a bit misleading, where does the Ka-mint part come from?

Based on the name I'm wondering if this recipe should have mint in it?
