I made this as I was tired of the same ol' fruit mix. This is a great combination of fruit, seeds, sprouts, and veggies. You don't have to do this recipe my way. Go ahead and vary the amounts. Seriously, this is really good stuff. The agave nectar really makes it wonderful and no appliances needed! P.S. I destroy...

Recipe Directions

1. Sprout kamut by soaking for 1 day. Rinse and leave in a dark area for another day. Rinse again and again till the tripod legs start coming out!

2. Soak flax seeds for 2 hours or more (depends on the person).

3. Chop pineapple into cubes.

4. Mix together or layer pineapple with the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle the mint on top!

Based on the name I'm wondering if this recipe should have mint in it?

the last ingredient in the recipe is mint. i'm sure it's very over powering of the other ingredients and when this person first ate it she tasted mostly the pineapple and mint, hence the name, thats just my guess though
